Pt. 1 - PJI Staff Attorney, Emily Mimnaugh, talks about the various kinds of church services and how pastors and church leaders can be equipped to safely and legally reopen their church to host either an indoor, outdoor, or drive-in service.
Pt. 2 - PJI Staff Attorney, Ray Hacke, talks about a case in Umpqua, Oregon in which a small church was denied permission to build a parsonage. Initially, the county granted the church permission. However, a neighbor in the community filed an appealed and won. Ray Hacke explains his efforts to protect the church.
